If the screen on your TV is flickering, the first thing to do is determine what the cause is. We can do this with some simple testing.
First, does this happen only when viewing a certain source (Cable/Satellite, Blu-Ray or Video Game), or does it always happen?
If this only happens when watching TV from a cable box for instance, then a good first step would be to try either using a different cable/type of cable, or different port to connect the TV and the cable box. If this does not resolve your issue, then you should contact your Cable Provider.
If the flickering occurs across all inputs, then you should power cycle the TV. To do this, power off the TV and then unplug it from the wall.
