Why is my sound bar not working?


The best thing to do is to power cycle the sound bar by turning it off and then unplugging it from the power source for 15 seconds. Then verify all the connections are hooked-up correctly starting with the power cord then moving to your audio input.


Your input will vary depending on what type of device you have connected:


  1. If you are using the sound bar with an MP3 player then it is likely that you will be using the "AUX In" jack, or if you are connected to a TV, you will be using the "AUDIO IN L/R". 
  2. In either event, verify that these connections are secure on both ends, source and sound bar.
  3. If you are still having issues after verifying your connections, the next step would be to press the "INPUT" button on the top of your sound bar; this will toggle the device between the two inputs on the back.
  4. If you still are not getting sound then it is time to check the output settings of your source device, please refer to the user's manual for your source device for further assistance.
