Is anyone else experiencing problems with their Beauty and the Beast Blu-ray and their Insignia player?
I'm having a problem where the first disc won't get past 19min, without dropping audio, degrading image, and I can't go any further, even if I skip to another chapter. I'm exchanging the disc tomorrow, to see if it's just the disc.
I received a replacement from Amazon, and I am not experiencing the same errors. Many have complained about problems with the second disc, but I haven't had any problems with that yet.
