My player stopped working and now will not get past hello on the screen. Is there a way to re-boot? I can't get the drawer to open nor will it pick up signal between the player and TV.
Suggestions would be appreciated.

Try power-cycling your player by unplugging it for at least 15 minutes. If the problem persists after this step, your player will likely require repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying the unit in to the place of purchase. Remember to bring along your original receipt for validation of the one-year warranty.
