Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

Help! We can't turn the subtitles off. We've tried everything: menus, multiple DVDs... It appears there's a bug in our DVD player (NS-WBRDVD4). This issue started after we completed the last update.

We'll be happy to look into your question in detail if you'll please confirm your player model number (e.g., NS-BRDVD4 or NS-WBRDVD3, etc.). However, you should be able to disable subtitles either through the player's Settings menu or the disk Setup menu when you have a disk inserted. After entering the Settings menu, select Audio, then Subtitles, then None from the language dropdown menu, then press enter to select this choice. Exit the Menu. For a disk, enter the disk's Setup menu to disable subtitles.
