Hello,
I've recently begun having an issue where Netflix freezes on startup on my ns-wbrdvd. I've tried to restore factory defaults and then left the player unplugged overnight, but it didn't help. I'd like to reinstall the last firware version (I think from 8/10), but I see that Insignia does not offer it on the product web page. Does anyone know how to access this version?
