My dvd player language became chinese but chinese is not a choice in language setup manual, there is english, spanish an french. I tried to restore factory setting, unsuccesful. The player stay chinese language. I need help to restore it to ENGLISH.
I would suggest that you turn the unit off and unplug it from its power source, then leave it unplugged for about 24 hours. This should reset the player to default settings and restore the language to English. If the issues continues, I would suggest taking the player to your local Geek Squad.
