Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

say's Loading for about a min and then opens tray, and that is all it will do every time I try to put a movie in. same for DVD and Blu-ray discs

Try these steps:

• Install the latest firmware if you haven't already.
• Reset your player to factory defaults via the on screen Menu.
• Power-cycle your player by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes.

If the problem persists after these steps, repairs may be required.  Service can be obtained by visiting the place of purchase.
