Hey guys,
I have the Insignia NS-WBRDVD and up until tonight it has worked without a hitch. However, I just put in a DVD and now the player will unexpectedly power off. Now it wont even stay on long enough to eject the disc. Everything is plugged in correctly and this is the first problem that I have had with it. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Hello vuciswacla,
Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
Try power-cycling your player by turning it off and unplugging it for at least 15 minutes. If the problem persists after this step, your player will likely require repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying the unit in to the place of purchase.

John
