Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

My NS-2BRDVD player is suddenly not play BR movies.  It plays regular DVD's just fine.  It does not even recognize the BR discs.  Some it ejects and some it states there is no disc.  Any suggestions?

Try these steps:

• This player has two lasers, one for Blu-ray and the other for DVD polayback. Try a Blu-ray lens cleaner.
• Try resetting the player to factory defaults.
• Power-cycle the player by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes

If the problem persists after these steps, your player may require repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying your player in to the place of purchase.
