Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

I have an Insignia blue ray player Model NS-BDLIVE01 my guess is that it is too old to run netflix on it?

I dont want to even try unless  I am sure it has the capability. I already have my netflix account and can instanly view stuff on the PS3 but want to view it on TV in different room. I have wireless internet. please let me know,
