NS-BRDVD3 Loses wireless connection

I just recently purchased the NS-BRDVD3 blu ray.  I connected without issue to my wireless network and even watched Netflix without any issues. I turned off the blu ray player and came back to it the next day and it was no longer connected to the wirelss network. I can re-connect with and use Netflix with no issues, but every time I cut the blu ray off, I lose that connection. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing to maintain the network connection?

I would suggest resetting the player to defaults, then reconnecting to the network. To reset to defaults, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Turn the player on.
  2. Press "Home" on the remote to access the home menu.
  3. Select "Settings" then press "Enter".
  4. Select "System" then press "Enter".
  5. Select "Load Defaults" then press "Enter".
  6. Select "Yes" then press "Enter".

After the reset, turn the player off then back on, then reconnect to the network. If the issue persists after following these steps, please take the player, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service.
