I just got the NS-BRHTIB BluRay home theater setup. When I turn the volume knob, the volume goes up. If I turn it REALLY slow it will go down. Even then it will go back up. For instance, while i'm slowly turning it down, it may get to "9" and then start to go up again. If I turn it at a normal speed, it goes up no matter what. Anyone else experience this?
First, let me apologize for this inconvenience, but I would think the volume knob is defective. In this case, you will need to take the player back to the store so you can exchange it.
