Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

Hello all,

does anyone know of any codes for this Sony Universal remote control  RM-YD017 that will work with the Insignia NS-BRHTIB?

I've checked at Sony's Support page and seems this particular remote as far as Bluray and AV receivers, will only be compatible with Sony devices. So there will be no valid code to control our device (or any other brand's device) for that matter.

Thanks Gonzalo for the quick response.

I did that research also at the Sony website a while ago and didn't not find any codes for any Insignia products.

I've requested codes for this brand. Hopefully they'll have them in the near future. Since Insignia has been around long enough to be recognised maybe other manufacturers will start doing just that.

will this system be supporting CinemaNow through a newer firmware version and if yes, do you have any idea when?
