Ok, I also did the most recent firmware update yesterday and following that, none of my blu ray movies worked any further. Everyone of them game me the No Disk error not recognizing the product.
I went into Settings and restored factory defaults. Then restarted the player and re-connected my wireless settings which worked fine. Not sure there was any need to do that but I wanted to have that re-connected. When I put a blu ray disk in the machine, presto...working again.
I too am leery of the firmware updates but at least I can test it again with some confidence that if I restore the factory defaults I will still be able to use my blu ray movies.
This may be an extreme solution for the community but it does seem to be a wide spread issue with this player after reading many posts. Insignia probably needs to research this further rather than sending users back to the point of sale or discrediting the blu ray movies.
