Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

My NS-WBRDVD blu-ray disk player suddenly stopped playing blu-ray disks.  It plays dvds and cds fine, but it won't play blu-ray disks.  I have tried several different blu-rays, including one tht worked on this player yesterday.  It does not open the disks menu at all.  After I press put the disk in and press play, it spins around and sounds like it is reading it, and after about 30 seconds the player stops and opens the tray.

Try restoring your player to factory defaults and then power-cycle the unit by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. If the problem persists afterward, it is most likely a mechanical problem and the player will require repairs. If needed, service can be obtained by carrying the unit in to the place of purchase.
