Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

Hello, the NS-BRDVD is the first blu-ray player I have ever owned so I'm kinda new at this.  My player was working great but froze when I was watching Prince of Persia.  I took the disc out and tried to reload it, but the screen is blank and the player says POW ON but won't load any discs.  I tried resetting the player but that didn't work.  I'm connected to the internet through an ethernet connection if that matters.  Any help would be appreciated.

Are you only having trouble with this specific movie, or have you tried playing other movies as well?  Have you tried playing the move on another player?  You might also want to check and verify all cables/connections are secured. 

If you're only having problems with this specific movie; there may be content on it which may be incompatible with your player.  It seems like you're on the right track, but if this problem exists with multiple movies, you might need to take it into your nearest Best Buy® to have a Geek Squad® take a look at it.

I can't play any other movies now.  The power comes on but no picture on the TV.  Prince of Persia plays on other players but froze up on mine and it hasn't worked right since.  So I should just take it in to Best Buy?

Yes I would recommend bringing it in so a Geek Squad® Agent can look at it.
