NS-WBRDVD why is my instant que on my computer different from the que on my unit ?

Netflix issues....I have a huge que on my computer but next to nothing on my NS, i also have no search function on my NS for finding movies, some titles are on both ques, but the majority of my instant movies are not  there, i tried to update but it said no upates were avail, anybody else have this issue ? Seems kinda strange that the ques dont match.

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

I think a good first step will be to deactivate your Netflix account and then linking it again, just follow these steps:

1- Access the Settings menu

2- Select the Reset settings option

3- Choose the Deactivate Netflix or all connected applications option

 

Once the player restarts, you will need to link the player once again to your Netflix account as you did the first time, and that should solve the issue.

 

Remember you may also check with Netflix for further assistance.
