After pressing the power on, the blue light start BLINKING and say "HELLO". Every buttons don't recognize after pressing multiple times. I unplug, wait 30 mins to 3 hrs and somtime i wait for the next day to turn it on. Still the unit deosn't recognize from controller nor my finger beside the power button are the only one work.
I think this is the biggest issue that you guys need to fix before going any furture issue. How can you use the unit if everything doesn't work. It like buying a broken blue ray player.

Since you've tried the troubleshooting we would normally recommend, your player will likely require repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying your product in to the place of purchase.

I would love to do that. But many people never hold on to the receipt. We throw them away week after purchase. I never thought this happend to the point that the player doesn't work period. I'am an engineering myself. I work and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical and sometime programing the unit. Thing like this will never get away from me. But i don't have the tools nor the software to test this.
I think you guy should take this unit back and troubleshoot the problem. I have notice that this proplem are very common to this particular unit. You can google and find out that many people complaint about this isssue.
