Tried to upgrade, just hoping it was fixed, still the same problem. Working great otherwise. Very happy with unit regardless, especially with the price and video & sound quality.
Why can't Insignia pull out the Feb 2011 firmware. It keeps on prompting the blueray player to upgrade the defective firmware. I think the batch that was sold last Black Friday have these feb 2011 firmware upgrade problem. I had mine replaced but havent tried to upgrade it (and also as advised by Insignia phone support to hold on to the original old firmware until after they release a "working" post-feb-2011 firmware release.
