Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

I purchased the NS-WBRDVD2 for my in laws this past Christmas. I have to manually logon network settings in the wireless menu then NS-WBRDVD2 brings up netflix with no issues. After turning off the player, the network settings are lost. You then have to manually reload the information again. My in laws are over 80 years old and this it is not so easy for them. Shouldn't the NS-WBRDVD2 save this information in its memory?

This player was designed to keep those setting to avoid having to enter them each time. Please try setting the player back (you will find the option at the Setings menu). If the ussue persists, please update the firmware version, following these instructions.

If at this point you are required to enter that information each time, please take the player back to the store so a Geek Squad Agent can check on this device.
