Hi. Just purchased an Insignia NS-WBRDVD2 blu ray and a Phillips SRP5107WM/17 universal remote since my blu ray did not come with on. Open box buy. Well I used the one code "1368" that was listed for Insignia and after 3 - 15 minute attempts tried the last chance "9999" code after another 20 minutes, nothing. Been thru this 3 times a day for 3 days. Still no response from player. Help!!!!
Any other codes to try. Haven't found anything on support pages. Any ideas.
