I have the same problem and it started at about the exact same time. Still haven't found a solution yet. If you find one, please post it. Thanks.

I fixed it!
Goto settigs>system>load default
Then go to netflix on your computer and put in the new code to register the device.

My blu ray player won't connect to netflix. It says it's online and when I do a connection test it says I'm connected, however when I go to open up netflix it says I'm not connected to the internet. I am able to access youtube too, just not netflix.

Sorry I made the decision to purchase a insignia DVD player I did the update for DVD as instructed by the unit and it was down hill from there . Everything works fine ,but netflix and that's the only app I was using it for other than the blu ray movies of course. The cinema now app works fine , I guess they made sure of that! I went round and round with tech support and the end result was take it back to bestbuy. I don't need to tell you what that experience was like. Bottom line YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . My advice to you is to spend a little more and you can be enjoying your time watching a movie and not on this support line .......... This might make you laugh , in my wallet I have two bestbuy gift cards and rewards as well as a bestbuy credit card. Jokes on me

I have the same problem. Don't waste your time trying to solve this problem on your own. The end result will be (give us$30.00 and we will see what we can do). This is where I am on this same issue, and this was bestbuy's answer. I tried everything from uploading the firmware again to using a Ethernet connection instead of wireless ,I think others on this page have it right, how to beat the competition is to eliminate them .At our expense.

That fix works great - for about 24 hrs - then you have to go through thid process AGAIN!
I'm about to ditch INSIGNIA.

Since loading the Firmware version 013, I am unable to connect to the internet. It first started as Netflix not being able to connect to the internet. I tried Pandora and it worked fine. I performed a connection test, and it failed.
Once I received that error, I went to the network options and re-entered all my network information. Now the device will not connect to the internet, giving an error message of network error.
I had no issues on fireware version 011. These problems started directly after loading firmware version 013.
Anyone know if it is pssible to do a rollback?
