NSWBRDVD2-CA No Audio

I bought the NSWBRDVD2-CA in April 2011 so that I could watch DVDs as well as Netflix.  It worked fine for 9 months, then the audio went.  I've tested the cable and the TV, both work fine when hooked up to another DVD player, so it must be the Insignia.  Is there anyhtng I could have done with the remote to cut out the audio?  Picture is fine but no audio on DVDs, no audio on Netflix. Have checked everyhting, can't think of what it could be.  Any suggestions?

Hello Riley2012,

There are no options to disable the audio on this device, so given the troubleshooting you have tried already it seems as though there has been some sort of component failure. You should return to your place of purchase with your receipt to pursue warranty options.
