I'm enjoying the ns-wbrdvd3, however, everytime I turn the unit off, Netflix won't connect when I turn the unit back on. I have to remove the Netflix info and reactivate Netflix each time I turn the unit on.
Also, Youtube freezes up, meaning while watching longer youtube clips, the video freezes and the Unit will not respond to the remote. Nothing changes after waiting several minutes. I have to turn the unit off manually and turn it back on to get it to work again.
Are these normal issues, or should I exchange the ns-wbrdvd3 at Best Buy?

Netflix plays great. Youtube plays great until after a few minutes it locks up the blu ray player. The remote is unresponsive at that point.

As for the NetFlix issue, see the thread "NS-WBRDVD3 - No Internet Connection - Netflix".
As for YouTube, haven't see that, but I don't do YouTube on my player.
In short, I recommend you return it.
