I hear you there... I never had any problems watching any HD-DVD movies. Even the online stuff worked much better 2 years ago than BD-Live does now!! I'll see you in hell blu-ray...
Good news all... finally an update will be available four the ns-brdvd yes yes the first blu ray player , not the 2. Look in the ns-brdvd product page on the insignia web site and look under support the announcement is there! Glad I did not sell my player.
