Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

Hi,

I'm trying to update the firmware of my insignia Blue-ray player NS-BRDVD3 with no luck. I'm using a USB flashdrive and it says there is a problem with the file. I even formated the flashdrive and still the same problem. Anyone has any idea of what i can do?

Daniela,

Try burning the ISO file to a DVD and then boot the player with the DVD in the player.  Good luck.
