Problem with Netflix after latest Firmware update NS-WBRDVD

After I installed the latest update on my NS-WBRDVD, I tried to stream movies from Netflix (which worked before), but I only got sound, and no picture.  I get past the movie selection page and then download, but then that is it, no more picture just sound.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have this problem also.  This is a new unit and I called tech support yesterday and they said the thing was bad to take it back.  I did and got another one, but I have the same problem with the new unit.  My NS-WBRDVD is connected via HDMI cables and everything works great except when I stream Netflix.  All I get is sound and no video. My unit is set to HMDI Auto and I am connected to a 52" Mitsubitshi.  Like I said, the Blu-ray plays fine expect when I stream Netflix so I do not think it is a connection problem as much as a setting problem.  I have reset the unit and am running the lastet software update. Any ideas?

Let me add some information to this problem.  On a whim I tried hooking up the composite video cable and everything worked great.  So my problem is that when playing Netflix the HDMI output does not work but the composite does.  Is this a setup issue of a firmware issue?

OK John-INSG or any other Tech Rep....any other ideas besides reloading the firmware on how to correct this problem.  Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?  Appreciate any help.

I'm also seeing sporadic issues after the last update.  Specifically, I'm trying to watch 30 Rock, Season 2, Episode 6 and I have background audio but no main audio.  I try to play the same episode on my computer and I have all audio.  I did report this issue on Netflix several weeks ago but since it seems to be fine while playing on my laptop I have to assume it's the Blu-Ray player.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Note, other things I've watched are fine.  So, I'm just a little confused.

After watching a movie last night using the coax cable I went ahead and did a factory reset and restarted not updating to the new firmware and the unit is working fine now.  I can see the video using the HDMI cable now.  Go figure!  This is the third time I did this and now it works.
