Re: NS-WBRDVD3 PW cannot find the letters

[ Edited ]

My WPA-PSK password is an alphanumeric one. Can I set an alphanumeric password on the DVD player beacuase I cannot find the letters.

Temporarlly I set a only numeric password and everything is working fine

Thank you

Re: NS-WBRDVD wireless connection, connects w/o WPA PW, but not with PW

Hello emade,

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

Since the thread you posted in was over two years old, I have moved your post to a new one. Would you please confirm your player model number? Also, the ability to enter letters and numbers for your home network password should be available, so more details on the problem you're encountering would be very helpful.

Regards,
John

Hello ernade,

In order to enter an alphanumeric password into your player, press the "Enter" button while the password entry box is selected. This will open the on screen keyboard. From there simply use the arrow keys, along with the enter button to select characters for your password.
