I have been doing some research on your DVD and found that Time Warner is not listing Insignia as a compatible brand with their Universal remote therefore this remote is not compatible with your Blu ray.
The only option right now would be to check if your remote has any function on the such as "Search" or "Learning", some models do come with those features that will help you find the specific code or perhaps a compatible one.
