I agree that Insignia products should work together and that their remotes should have Insignia codes. But no other company has the codes either (harmony doesn't count since they use learns). And the TV remotes in question CAN be programmed to work with their DVD players with my procedure, as I have said several times before. It's tedious, but you can probably do it in less than 10 minutes. Plus the TV remote is one of the best TV remotes I've ever seen. It does learning, global macros, device specific macros, key moves, advanced codes, and has nearly 1000 codes in it's database. It can even be programmed from your computer with an optional cable.

How convienant for best buy that you have to buy another remote and go throughh the hassel. I'll never purchase another insignia product again.

I'll never purcahse another insignia product again  and I'll bet a lot of folks who discover this will feel the same, You shoul pass that on to your employee sugestion program.
