I have a $200 paper weight now. My player purchased at Chritmas is useless now because there is no firmware update. It will not play any of the new Blu ray movies being released.
By Sony or Phillips.

Don't despair, I just called them at 877-467-4289 and they say they are sending out a CD with the firmware update. It will take 5-10 work days to get here but then I'll have mine working again.
