This has to be the worst product i ever bought. To have to put in downloads before you can watch a movie is rediculus. I will never buy anything from this company again and will not recomend it to anyone.

Because Blu-ray is still an exciting new technology, the producers of Blu-ray discs continue to implement new features that require hardware manufacturers to provide updates to the firmware of older players.  Insignia™ is not the only manufacturer who is impacted by the evolution of this technology.  We do our best to make sure that our customers and enthusiasts have what they need to enjoy their Insignia™ products.  To that end, a recent firmware update is available here.  Please check back as I'm informed that an update to Profile 2.0 will be available soon.

I never had ANY problems with my HD-A2 HD-DVD player. And even that had to have the firmware upgraded...
