Hi, I´m trying to update the firmaware of my BR but is not being showed the options as same as the manual offered in theweb-site. In the system option, I only have the options Reset Settings and Clear BD Storage. What could be happening?????
If you cannot update the firmware via the player's menu, you may still download it onto a FAT32 formatted flash drive and install by that means. You can find the file and complete instructions here.
