I recently got a Insignia ns-2brdvd and installed the firmware upgrade. The upgrade actually made my player worse, and now all i can use it for is CD's. So i bought an expensive CD player that should be able to play movies, but it doesn't. Insignia just told me to call Best Buy, wow aren't you guys a lot of help?
Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do, or am I screwed?
