ns-wbrdvd not starting

The player was on one tv with no problems, I unplugged in about 2 weeks ago then just tried hooking it up to a diferent tv with no luck.  It shows powering on then welcome along with a blue screen but no choices along the left side just the blue insignia screen.  It will also show no disc on the lcd.  I am able to open the tray as soon as it powers on and tried a blu ray but it wouldn' start.

 

The blue screen also cuts in and out and lcd on the player goes from welcome to no disc, like its turning on and off

I would suggest trying the player with the original TV (or a different TV all together) as it could be the new TV that is experiencing issues. I would also suggest trying different cables or even try a different method of connecting it, for example if you are currently using component cables, try using an HDMI cable. If you have tried all of these steps and it is still not working properly, I would suggest taking the player, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-WBRDVD has a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
