Blu-ray and DVD Players/Recorders

The unit freezes up when I am playing a netflix and movie (plays just fine before this happens), then I try to stop it to go away from the unit or if i fast forward.  It doesn't lock during fast forward ... just at the point when i'm trying to resume play.  The model is NS-WBRDVD

I have a couple of questions to help with my researching of this issue,

• Is the player connected to your network wirelessly or with a wired connection?
• Has this issue recently occurred or have you always had this issue?
• Are you able to pause other apps such as Pandora and resume playback without issues?
• Could you please run a network speed test and let me know your download rate in Mbps?

its wireless but my problem is not using nexflix anymore.  Now is with every single DVD or Blue Ray that I tried to play.  I was working just fine until recently.  

Other applications pause just find even the DVD but after you click play again start goind fast forward

The unit rigth after you insert a movie and click over play it goes, FFWDX4 and then X8, X16, X32, X64, X128 and the back to play and start all over again.

Hello jcarlospr,

You may try resetting the player to default settings. This can be done by turning on the player, selecting "Settings", then select "System", then finally "Reset Settings". However, it seems like you may be experiencing a hardware related issue and as a result, I would advise taking the unit, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service.
