In order to use Bluetooth, a device must be compatible with certain Bluetooth profiles. These
define the possible applications and uses of the technology.

Will your Bluetooth product work with my Bluetooth device/PC?
Most Bluetooth devices will work with other Bluetooth devices/computers as long
as they both have the required profile.
For example: if you want to use a Bluetooth Headset with your cell phone, make
sure both have A2DP, AVRCP and/or HSP. These are the only profiles that can send/receive audio via

My device has the profile I need, just like your product; however they won't communicate. What's wrong?
Some companies may disable the usage of third party accessories. Please
make sure the manufacturer of your device allows using third party Bluetooth accessories.
Also, make sure all settings in your device are ok and make sure Bluetooth is
turned on (most devices keep Bluetooth off when not in use to save power).
