Hello,
I spent some time uploading pictures to the internal memory (from my computer) and when it got full (at about 117 pictures), I started deleting some in order to make room for other photos I'd rather have. I deleted about 10, but now when I try to add pictures, it says the frame is full. I've deleted several more since then and it still says it's full.
Also, the User Guide said the internal memory is 128 MB, but when I open the Info on my Mac, it says the capacity is 98.2 MB. All of the pictures are jpegs.
Can you help?
Thanks for your help,
Ann

Hello nashvilleamj,
I would suggest resetting the frame to factory defaults and deleting the internal memory, both of the settings can be found by pressing the "Back" button until you are on the home screen, selecting "Setup", then select "Factory Settings". Make sure your images are backed up on your computer as this will erase all the stored images on the frame. After resetting and clearing the memory, try reloading the files you want on the frame. If you continue experiencing issues, I would advise taking the frame, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-DPF0712G has a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.
