Hi, I got my camera a couple weeks ago and I took some footage with it. I tried to load it into Windows Movie Maker and it only shows up as a audio file (Without sound) instead of a video and audio file. I have tried to it with lots of other editing software's and computers and it still does the same. The only one is kinda works on is Windows Live Maker, but that is not professional enough for my needs. I did a Google search and found lots of people having the same issue. I also downloaded a codec pack called K-Lite which a staff member said to download. Thanks

Your camcorder should have come with an installation disk for ArcSoft MediaImpression, the recommended software for use with this camcorder.  If, after installing the codec pack, you continue to have problems and need to use other software for editing, we recommend that you contact Microsoft for assistance in troubleshooting Movie Maker.

ok first of all that arcsoft makes the videos looki rellly bad and im haveing the same problem and im usseing sony vags
