Insignia ns-DV111080F Playback slow and audio out of sync???

When I attempt to view video on my computer, playback seems slightly slow and audio is significantly out of sync.  Can anyone advise?

This is most likely a codec issue. Try downloading and installing a codec pack such as ffdshow or K-Lite for PC or Perian for Mac as this step should resolve the video playback issue. If it doesn't please let us know and reply with your brand and model of computer, the version of OS you are running, and the software you are using to view/edit your videos.
