Hello,
I have a NS-DPF10PR. I ordered a new remote for the frame as it didn't come with one.
problem is that it's stuck in demo mode and since they frame is not programed with the new remote, i can't get it out of demo mode.
Any suggestions on how i may fix it or is there another photo frame that uses the same remote frequency as mine does so i can get it out of demo mode?

Hello polar135,
Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
You may disable Demo Mode via the on screen Menu. Press the MENU button on top of the Photo Frame and, using the arrow key buttons, navigate to Factory Settings, then select Demo Mode On/Off. You can find more information on programming your frame in the User Manual. I hope this helps.

John

I'm sorry but none of these buttons work on the machine to be able to get into the menus since its stuck in demo mode and the remote i purchased doesn't work.
(per the linked instruction manual you linked, you can only use a remote to get it out of demo mode. Since my remote isn’t connected yet, I can’t get it out of demo mode.)
Do you have any other suggestions?

Hello polar135,
While the unit is turned on and in demo mode, press and hold the "Back" button on the rear of the unit, for at least 60 seconds then let go. This should allow the unit to exit demo mode.

When i say that, the photo frame turns on, and runs threw the photos, but has none of the user interface options listed in the instruction booklet.
I can load photos on the 1gb internal memory but can't run off a sd card, nor use any of the UI stuff.
