NS-DPF9G Fhoto Frame

I have added text to a photos using Picaso.  The photos were saved and transfered to a jump drive.  When the photos are shown on the picture frame, the text does not appear.  I have verified that the text is on the jump drive by using the jump drive data to run a slide show on Picaso.  Any solution?

Re: NS-DPF9G Fhoto Frame

Hello Castro,

Welcome to Community@ Insignia™!

The frame is only going to display what it is given. The frame may not be able to see the modifications that have been made to the photo.

Do you have the original pictures as well as the edited pictures on the frame? What format are the pictures on the flash drive? Make sure they are all formatted as jpeg images.

Re: NS-DPF9G Fhoto Frame

The photos I tried to display are in the jpeg format on a USB drive.  They are the ones to which I added text using Picaso and saved to my USB drive.  I have been told that I have to use Photo Shop or Paint to incorporate the text into thye jpeg photo.  I have not tried that yet.

Re: NS-DPF9G Fhoto Frame

Hello Castro,

Thank you for responding!

That is exactly what I had been leaning towards. The frame is reading the original files, not the additions made to it. More than likely you will need to use photoshop or similar.
