My frame is stuck in demo mode. I removed the plastic from the remote but nothing happens when I press enter. The buttons on the top will not work, and the remote is not working. Is there any way I can get my frame out of demo mode? I don't mind if my remote doesn't work. I can just use the buttons located on the top of the frame. I just can't use them as long as it is in demo mode.

Try these steps: remove the battery from the remote control and press all of its buttons, then install a new battery (preferred) or reinstall the battery. This should serve to reset the remote control. Power-cycle the Photo Frame by turning it off and unplugging it for several mintues. If the problem persists after these steps, I recommend returning the frame to the place of purchase for exchange -- with our apologies for the inconvenience.
