Problems exporting to BS-DPF3G

This is my first post here. I tried searching to see if anyone else has asked the same thing. I didn't see anything, so if this is a duplicate, I apologize and please point me to the answer. If not, can someone help me?

Using drag and drop I loaded two photos on the photo frame just fine but now I get a message that says "Unable to read from source file or disk". I did delete the factory photos and I don't think the others are too big. They are exactly like they were when I downloaded them off the camera. I'm also not getting anything that says "memory full". I tried turning it off and back on and that didn't do anything. Can anyone help?

Re: Problems exporting to NS-DPF3G

That should be NS. I hit the wrong key. OK, it appears the photos are too big and need to be resized. I figured out how to do that in Corel Paint Shop. What's an optimum size for quality and getting somehwere near the 35 photos the box said this would hold?

Re: Problems exporting to NS-DPF3G

Thanks so much for replying. It turns out they were too big after all. I shrunk them to about 25% and that worked. But what really worked was that my husband looked at the directions, saw  you can put in external memory and set me up with a 1-gig card. That really solved my problem!

Re: Problems exporting to BS-DPF3G

The sample images loaded on the frame when received were 320X240 pixels  at 300 dpi

Oh, that's very helpful. Thanks! I wish the instructions had a bit more helpful information like that.
