I have a MacBook Pro and the disc bay will not accept your yiny disk. What can I do about that?

I need help loading a disk into me MacBook Pro. The ArcSoft disk is too small. I have owned your product for six months and spent hours trying to get the product to work with my computer. I am very displeased with the compatibility and ease of use. Please help as soon as possible.

Hello SteveGillett,

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

I have two recommendations for you:

  • Insert the disk into a computer with a disk drawer capable of handling a 3" CD and copy the installer software to a USB flash drive for one-time use.
  • Contact Apple for options. They have have an adapter available for purchase although I was not able to find one in their store.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the Arcsoft sofware for download.
