ns-dkeyrd10 Windows 7

I just got this for my GF and it is not working on Win 7. I noticed that it is made for Win XP and Vista. Is there any known way to get it to work, or am I just S.O.L.?

This product is compatible with Windows 7.  I have some questions for you:

  • Does the unit power on?
  • Is the unit fully charged?
  • Does the device show up on the computer at all?
  • If so, are you unable to upload photos?
