My CNV43 GPS can't receive any signal for 10 hours,I reset several times, still not working, Who can help me?

When you say, "can't recive any signal," do you mean that your connected service isn't working or that the GPS isn't displaying maps correctly? Have you tried re-acquiring the GPS signal by taking the unit to an area with an unobtructed view of the sky?More details about the issue would be very helpful.

The map is shown,but just never got any signal to show me the current position and route to go the denstination

In Daytona Beach,FL. It used to work pretty good, but can't receive signal like one month ago.
