Every time I turn my raido on it BLARES at the maximum volume. '
Is there no way please to set a default starting volume so it does not start every time at the maximum volume?
Thanks!

Hello tortcat,
Welcome to Community@Inisgnia™!
The radio should start on the last settings. If when you restart it the volume is not the same as the one selected when turning it off, check that it's correctly plugged to the car (it may not be receiving power all the time and looses those settings) while you check that, unplug it from the car to reset to factory settings and try again.
Thank you,
Gonza

I had this installed by Best buy and the clock stays on all the time so I "assume" the radio is getting power?
Is there any way to reset or "unplug" this without removing the radio as if that is what would be needed I would have to take to back to best buy to do as I do not know how to unplug it
thank you

Hi I experienced this same problem with this deck, but I figured out how to fix it. If you hold down the power button for a couple of seconds you will see a "p" appear next to the volume level number and afterwards every time you turn it on it will be at the volume level it was at when you held down the power button. Hope this helps.
