Well, after trying for almost 2 weeks here and calling best buy tech support and calling insignia tech support I took the next step and tracked down the company that made and supports the Little Buddy. I went to the company’s Face book page and there twitter page and posted that I needed support and was not getting it...... I got an e-mail back right away for the correct people to resolve the problem. I e-mailed them and had a simple answer in less than 1 hour!!!
